DanteVision Completes Conversion to a Corporation

On January 22, 2026, DanteVision converted from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, DanteVision Inc.

The conversion was carried out as a comprehensive business transfer, so the corporation takes over the existing business and operations in full. The new business registration number is 769-86-03721.

Since being selected for the 2024 Pre-Startup Package, DanteVision has filed a BM patent and trademark, delivered a medical research data review platform, built its MVP and earned an “Excellent” rating in the program’s final evaluation, launched TDS, and been selected as lead institution for a national R&D project.

With this step, we will strengthen the stability and scalability of our operations and keep growing as an IT company supporting digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
